THAT WHICH STINKS, FERTILIZES

Well Christmas brought me a Banjo which I have no idea how to play, and a frozen Septic Ejector which I had no idea how to fix, country living at its best.

NEVER LET YOUR FEET RUN FASTER THAN YOUR SHOES

Well, we've learned a few things about farm life and time management. Moving, ending up with a farm full of stuff to clean out and organize, learning what to do with Sheep, Skunks, fixing a septic pump, installing a water softener and generally learning what we are doing isn't the best time to start a blog.

BOUGHT THE FARM

This is the begining of something strange and exciting for us...

WHEN ROOSTER CROWS FROM DUNGHEAP'S TOP...

Winter is coming, time for some new firsts on the farm. First Task: Splitting and stacking wood, moving said wood from yard to wood shed. Second Task: Buy Hay for the sheep

WHEN THE SUN ARISES IN THE WEST...

Taking a trip when you own a farm full of animals who depend on you can be almost impossible without the help of good friends, and you find out REAL quick who your friends are when you propose that they should take over your life for three weeks!

But in the strange case that someone was hoping that we were actually going to post in our blog as we go...have heart! we are still hoping to get this blog rolling once we get ready for winter....who knew there was more than one type of hay? I've also found out that being called "green" isn't always environmental.
